I sense a pattern

step one - stretch muscles and work 'em out
Step two - make dinner while cleaning the kitchen
Step three - take a picture of simple deliciousness

The funny thing?  Last week was salmon filet sautéed in OJ with veggies
This week?
Salmon and mackerel patties with broccoli.


Something's fishy in my house on workout days!
