Finally cooking

After weeks of half heartedly cooking, I finally decided to bake a little something.
Okay so I’m too lazy to make my own pie crust!
 And deep dish was all I could find.
So I chopped some ham into bits.

Chopped some broccoli

Whipped some eggs

Voila! Breakfast for under 500 calories a serving!

I made two of the gorgeous beauties so that should last a little bit.
Plus it used some surplus eggs!

That looks so lovely! You could put some shredded cheese on top but that would probably double the calories!
