Other days you spend twenty minutes ultimately being late for work because everything you do to hair just shows how thin it is and how many scalp shots you get when you move the mirror around. Now why showing scalp bothers me so much I don't know. It's not like it was an extra nipple or like showing part of my pink taco but still...for that moment, I was crushed that genetics (women on my maternal side have thinning hair on top) was going to win out. Not was going to. HAS.
